Our 2008 Viviana is a high end, non-traditional blend using aromatic white varieties.  Grown in the hot climate of West Texas, these varieties exhibit the perfume of honey, orange blossoms and tropical fruit.  Blending at the time of fermentation allows us to achieve an integration of these wonderful fruit flavors.

With its fragrant nose, savory acidity and mouthwatering flavors, Viviana will surely leave you wanting more.  This wine will go well with a wide variety of chicken, fish or pasta dishes.  It's aroma and bouquet will pair nicely with fresh fruits and vegetables.
