During the past few vintages in Texas, we have experienced low vineyard yield to hail and spring frost events.  As a result of short supply, our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon carries an American Appellation and is a blend of wines from grapes grown in Texas and California.  Our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is 98.5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1.5% Sangiovese.

Full bodied and rich, this excellent Cabernet Sauvignon benefits from fruit aromas that you smell and taste immediately.  The smooth tannins allow this wine to be enjoyed on its own, or as a complement to a variety of meals.

While this wine is ready to drink now, it will continue to improve in complexity with additional bottle age.
