NOTES:  The 2004 Cellar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes grown on the Rising Star Vineyard (85%), located  in Eastland County and from the Mont Sec Vineyard (15%) located in Hudspeth County, Texas.  These Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards were both planted in the 1980's in areas with soil and climate well suited for high quality wine production.  This is an excellent, full-bodied Cabernet with flavors of black current, Bing cherry and toasty oak.  The wine finishes  with  tannins that will extend aging and increase complexity. Our  2004 Cellar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon will continue to improve with bottle age through 2009.

Serve this wine with rich meals such as beef, lamb or wild game.  This red wine is a healthy complement to any meal.  Enjoy!
