Signature White is a wine that affords
the Winemaker the opportunity to create
a flavorful blend of three white
varieties that have adapted
exceptionally well to our Texas climate.
It is a wine with just a touch of
residual sugar that is in balance with
it's acidity giving the wine a broad
appeal to sweet and dry wine drinkers.
As a result, Signature White has become
one of our most popular wines. The 2004
blend is comprised of Chenin Blanc
(71%), Sauvignon Blanc (22%),and
flavorful Chardonnay (7%). This wine is
crafted to accentuate the "fruity"
characteristics of the grapes. The
grapes are picked at optimum levels of
flavor, gently pressed and then cold
fermented, locking in the natural flavor
of the grape.
The residual sugar in this semi-sweet
wine makes it perfect for pairing with
hot-spicy foods such as southwest and
oriental cuisines. We believe a glass of
wine to be a healthy complement to any
