Our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from two important Texas growing regions; Far West Texas and the Texas High Plains.
The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon was a lower yield vintage of high quality grapes that have produced a wine of rich texture and intense character. Drink this wine now, or allow it to bottle age through 2009 to enhance the bouquet and complexity of the wine.
Serve Cabernet Sauvignon at cool room temperature (57-60 F) with Texas B-B-Q beef, wild game or pasta. This wine is a healthy complement to any meal. Enjoy!
