NOTES: The 2006 Llano Estacado Cellar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Rising Star Vineyard. The Rising Star vineyard is located 30 miles southeast of Abilene, Texas north of the small town of Rising Star. Planted in the late 1980's, this vineyard is famous for complex well-balanced reds that have a delicate balance.
Serve our Cellar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon at a cool room temperature (57-60 F) with Texas beef tenderloin, lamb or wild game. For our customers that enjoy complex Cabernets, we suggest additional bottle aging of 2 -3 years for this wine.
We believe wine is a healthy complement to any meal. Enjoy!
